ESF Eurocores call for themes - Synthetic Biology proposals invited! The ESF is inviting well developed proposals for new EUROCORES Programmes (EUROCORES themes) with the deadline of: 1 June 2007 (12:00 midday CET). |

EuroBioFund Call for Expressions of Interest EuroBioForum is a key part of EuroBioFund, providing a networking event for professionals from science, industry, government, foundations and finance to engage with researchers to identify future grand challenges in the life sciences which require a coordinated approach for their financing and implementation. EuroBioFund is a strategic initiative set up by the European Science Foundation with support from the European Commission, which aims to facilitate the development of research programmes for emerging life sciences areas. To identify these areas, the input of outstanding life sciences researchers across Europe is needed. A Call for Expressions of Interest is now open and we would like to invite you to review the Call at www.esf.org/eurobiofund/eoi. Submitting an Expression of Interest is an opportunity to put emerging life sciences topics on the agenda and actively participate in developing future research programmes for these topics with other scientists and funding organisations. This will be achieved through workshops organised in the frame of an annual forum, EuroBioForum, which is being held this year in Lisbon on 5-7 December. |
